Reconstitution & Dosing Calculator
Calculate how much bacteriostatic water to add to your peptide vial, how many units to draw on an insulin syringe for your desired dose, and how many doses you'll get per vial.

Quick Reference
Understanding Units
A standard U-100 insulin syringe holds 1 mL (100 units). Each tick mark represents 1 unit (0.01 mL). When you reconstitute a peptide, the concentration determines how many units equal your desired dose.
Bacteriostatic Water
More water means a more dilute solution (easier to measure small doses accurately). Less water means a more concentrated solution (fewer units per injection). Common reconstitution volumes are 1-3 mL.
Storage After Reconstitution
Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, most peptides should be refrigerated (2-8°C / 36-46°F) and are typically stable for 4-6 weeks. Unreconstituted peptides can be stored frozen for longer periods.
